| All I am writing about America refers also to the European countries. I don’t know laws and regulations existing in each of these countries, but for sure there are many wise people in each of these governments, and it will be their job to create proper laws that would protect children, or to change the laws that could result in children’s harm. Because of my origin, I feel myself also European and it is important to me if Europe will stop deviate in a wrong direction. Besides, it is important to me - as much as to all of us - if this world goes in the right direction, especially that recently it became so small because of technical achievements, and we have such a big influence on each other now. |

Let it be a positive influence that leads to good things. Lets also use these technologies to consciously and purposely influence the cause that should be important for every sensible man - the cause of children’s right to be raised in a normal family. |

I was born in a country where human rights were not respected - in Poland in times of communism. |

For many years, I am a happy citizen of this country - my new home - America. That’s where my children were born.
The youngest one doesn’t have voting rights yet. I am coming out on his behalf in his defense, and also on behalf and in defense of more than 72 million children living in America.

My goal and duty is to ensure a normal life for my children, for my future grandchildren, and for the generations to come.
In American history have been always many people who looked into the future and tried as much as they could to do things that would protect future generations and to provide for them the best life possible.
Democracy is for sure one of the most valuable achievements of the United States of America. But democracy has many faces - it all depends on people, how they see it and interpret it.
Fortunately, above all stands our Constitution and various amendments to the Constitution..

A main fundamental of democracy is that everybody has a freedom of choice as a free man - but freedom has a very wide meaning. |
|
| We don’t live alone in this big country. We live among same people as we are, where everyone has the same personal rights; also the right to the freedom of choice. It automatically creates a question of great importance: we have our rights, but - because we are not alone - we also have RESPONSIBILITIES. We also have to have COMMON SENSE. |
|

Learning a new for me democracy, I am horrified seeing that there are people who incline their right to freedom of choice to their personal egoistic needs creating small groups that come up together trying to persuade all the remaining citizens of this country that they are discriminated. It comes to an absurd situation that we - all the majority including myself - are simply terrorized by individuals whose only goal is their own matters. |
| It has nothing to do with democracy, and to declare ourselves against their demands and claims has nothing to do with attempts to limit their personal freedom as they try to make us believe. |
| Very wise people in America have foreseen such situations and, to protect the society, they created the IX Amendment to our Constitution that very clearly says, “The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.” |

As American nation, we fight to introduce democracy in various countries all over the world. Recently, we pay for it a very high price, not only in terms of money, but also the price that cannot be converted to any money - lives of our soldiers is the price. |

We have to prove equal to a task. America is strong thanks to her democratic principles. But if we will be inclining them to the goals of individuals of small groups, we will be getting weaker and weaker, and our enemies just wait for it. |

A country is strong only if the basic, smallest organization of every society - family - is strong and protected. |
|
| It was like that for millenniums, and it always will. And it makes no difference if somebody is a believer or not - the nature, or God, arranged it this way that procreation requires a couple both genders - a man and a woman. |

And they are those responsible for raising their children. TO PROPERLY RAISE CHILDREN - I know it also from my personal experience - nothing is better than a happy, loving each other couple of traditional parents - mother and father - who by their own example help the child to properly develop emotionally and socially. |

Yes, I know that there are many anomalies when it comes to raising children - children with single parent, or children with no parents.
That alone is a big challenge for the entire society -

so WHY SHOULD WE ALLOW NEW PROBLEMS TO BE CREATED?

| Now, they don’t seam so big to many of us, but THEY WILL APPEAR JUST IN THE NEXT GENERATION - it will be our children’s problem, and their children’s. |

There are psychologists that for years talk about it, but politicians don’t react - as if they are deaf and blind. |
|
|
We - my wife and I - learned a lot right here, in America - from psychology, philosophy, politics... We learned from you, Americans. Like a sponge, we were absorbing all the knowledge that in communist Poland was for us inaccessible. As people that came “from that side”, we had a very fresh view at many things and we were able to notice things... |

| ... things other Americans got accustomed to so much that they don’t notice them any more. Writing all this, we don’t say anything new, it is all based on what has been already written and said by wise people of this country, America, it just has been forgotten by many Americans. |

| We don’t have to fight for democracy in other countries. We have to be an example of a country where a family is something the most important. Not to be a country of manipulations with the law where a group of people for their self-interest can successfully incline the law and the Constitution to their personal needs. |

My Dad believed that here, in America, is a real freedom and democracy. He was born and raised in a free Poland, and he passed to me his set of values and principles. Knowledge, books and life will teach you lines of conduct - that’s what he was saying. |

Poland has gone a long way to freedom. Poles know how to fight - many people know about it, but who knows that the second most democratic constitution in the world after American Constitution was Polish Constitution from May 3, 1791? |

Unfortunately, in the country of my origin I couldn’t have enjoyed either freedom or democracy. I came to America in the belief that this country will ensure for me both. And I love America for offering me these two values that are priceless in everybody’s life. |

My wife and I are not lawyers, but we know that there will be people who are familiar with this subject and will know how to set about this task and what exactly should be done. |

We suggest creating a working group consisting of people who have the proper knowledge and experience. |
|
|
This group - taking into consideration the phenomenal IX Amendment to the Constitution - would be working on a new amendment that would clearly and explicitly state that children can be raised only by a couple where parents are of two different genders, it means by a mother and a father - a woman and a man. If chance will so ordain it that one of the parents is no longer with them, and the other parent decided to get married again, a step-parent has to be still of the opposite sex. . |
| It also has to be clearly stated that single individuals or small groups have no right to blackmail the entire society and to accuse it of discrimination and of limiting their personal rights when the society protests against their egoistic and harmful for others demands. It has to be formulated and stated the way that would eliminate the possibility of such interpretation that is convenient for some crazy lawyers from various states. |

| It would be all done on behalf of the group of people that has no right to vote, and this group - the number of American children - can be roughly estimated at 70 million. |

If you are a citizen of the United States of America, would you allow to twist the Constitution by a small group of people because they only want something for their benefit? Especially if you know that if we don't act in this case, 1/4 of US citizens can be hurt because they cannot speak for themselves and they cannot change anything by voting? This is a group of people most important for a future of America - at least that's what we, adults, claim. And at the same time, we abuse the rights of this group. Yes, by demanding human rights for a single person at the same time we are about to abuse other human beings, our future - American children. How old a person must be to be protected as an American citizen? If a baby was born on American soil, he or she becomes US citizen automatically - right? Our Constitution was created for us, Americans - for all of us, to protect the rights of every single citizen with no regards to their age - right?

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

| Majority of Americans became automatically American citizens, like my three boys - they were born here, in this beautiful country. My wife and I had to fight to become American citizens. We were born in a place where there was no freedom. Many years ago, we became American citizens. It was a great honor and one of the happiest moments in our lives. But right at that moment, in our minds started to grow a seed that was planted there long before we got US citizenship. It was our desire and conviction that we have to do anything possible to protect the Constitution that became our Constitution and the rights of our kids against any bad thing if we notice such thing. |
| Our kids were raised in an environment totally different than the one we were raised in. Our attempts brought various results. We realized that it is very difficult to protect kids from a peer pressure, especially when they become teenagers. Each of our three boys is different although they were raised in the same values, not only because each of them represents a different type of personality, but mainly because each of them attended school in different area. This is a very long story and it can be a good material for a study and a book. |
| Learning how to live in a new country and how to be a parent here, in America, we have simply read over one hundred fifty different publications, books or audio tapes we didn't even know they exist before, because in a communist country they not only did not exist, but some were forbidden. |
| We felt so happy that we can live here, in wonderful America. But all of the sudden we noticed that some people, in the name of Constitution, do and demand something that would change forever the life of our children, and would influence even more the life of their children. It would be a chain reaction. It is like a ticking time bomb set up for explosion in the future. Why am I so sure that the situation is critical now? Well, I base this conviction on what I learned here, in America, from American specialists who in various books and other publications talk about details from the field of child psychology. |
| My wife and I had conversation about that, and we were moved by the reaction and comments of our fourteen-year-old son who was listening to this conversation. We think it would be worthwhile if you could hear it from him directly. He knows we decided to take action in this case and he wants to express his feelings too, as a person representing the group that will be effected the most. The group that does not even realize they are about to become victims, although the Constitution should protect also them as the lawful citizens of the United States of America. |
